Docu-drama about the aftermath of the South Wales coal slurry disaster of October 21,1966, which killed 144 people, the majority of whom were children from the small community of Aberfan. Tip slides were not unheard of in the area, and a tribunal set up to establish the cause of the tragedy found that recommendations made after another accident the previous year had not been taken on board
