The forbidden fruit of the erotically shaped coco de mer palm nut led some to believe that this wondrous paradise must be the original Garden of Eden. While the remote Seychelles are unlikely to have been Eden, this island chain certainly is the land that time forgot. 1,000 miles from their closest neighbors, the Seychelles are a fragile, priceless sanctuary where many plant and animal species have changed little since the Jurassic period 150 million years ago.
The exceptional cinematography of this nature travelogue showcases one spectacular sight after another. See the life-and-death battles fought daily between large coconut crabs.
